At the requests of a lot of my customers, I am introducing these emerald green post earrings in silver, gold and rose gold. HUGE deep emerald green crystals are attached to gold/silver/rose gold settings, which are in turn hung on inverted teardrop crystals on posts on top. The teardrop emerald jewels below are a huge 30 x 20 mm and the teardrop crystals on top are 18mm X 13mm. The earrings are a tad bigger than 2″. They shine with a timeless beauty and would go with a wedding outfit, prom, bridesmaid or on your special day.

I am now introducing a variation of these earrings, the main ones are the larger Angelina earrings, which weigh 0.80 oz so they are slightly heavy. The new Angelina earrings are smaller, they’re 1 3/4″ in size (please refer to the 5th pic for size reference of both the earrings), and weigh only 0.55 oz. The top inverted teardrops are 10mm X 14mm in size, and the bottom teardrops are 18mm X 25mm in size. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE IF YOUR EARS ARE SENSITIVE TO WEIGHT, SINCE THESE WEIGH A LOT LESS THAN THE 2″ EARRINGS. Please select the variation you are interested in, from the drop down menu. Similar earrings were worn by Angelina Jolie at the 81st Annual Academy Awards Festival, Kyle Richards on Real Housewives, and have been seen worn by Michelle Trachtenberg and Kelly Ripa, as shown in the photos. Kyle Richards is wearing earrings which are almost exactly the ones pictured. I do have the exact same earrings that Angelina is wearing, with octagon posts on top, and the large teardrops on the bottom.

I have also shown the pictures on a mannequin for a better idea of the size, the same size as worn by Angelina Jolie, Kyle Richards, Michelle Trachtenberg and Kelly Ripa (who was so excited to receive these as a gift that she couldn’t help showing off her earrings in the photo).

These earrings are now available in gold, silver and rose gold finish. THE 2” EARRINGS ARE ON THE HEAVIER SIDE! THE 1 3/4” EARRINGS ARE MUCH EASIER ON THE EARS!
Also, having received multiple returns of the earrings, IN USED CONDITION! saying that the earrings are “too heavy” or “not like the photo” or “not what they wanted”, I am now also due to hygiene reasons, no longer accepting returns. Please select which type of earrings you would like, from the gold, silver or rose gold (in either 2″ or 1 13/4″). You can also select the earrings and the necklace set, from the pull down menu.

The crystals, both on top and the bottom, have silver foil on the back to really show off the deep emerald color. This silver finish does sometimes extend around the edges and sides of the crystals, but I am extremely careful about not allowing any silver on the actual front of the crystals, or any scratches or disfigurements. The earrings, when worn, do not show the silver on the sides, but i thought I would mention it, just in case it makes a difference.

All my earrings come with the normal earbacks, as well as rubberized earbacks. With experience, I have understood that the normal earbacks, while prettier, do not hold the earrings as well as the rubber earbacks. Feel free to use both the normal as well as the rubber earbacks for added support so the earrings do not fall off.

I have also attached a pic of the back of the earrings. I use gold, silver and rose gold colored open back settings and use industrial strength glue to attach pointed back crystals to the settings so the earrings don’t break. A little bit of the glue can peek out of the settings and onto the back of the crystals themselves, this does not detract from the look of the earrings in the front. I do try to be as careful about the glue as I can be. This is for the 2″ earrings. For the 1 3/4″ earrings, the settings include claws that hold the crystals so no glue is required.

These will come lovingly wrapped in a ribboned gift box.
